Ismile Aligners Workshop!

What was it about?
The workshop was for dental students, house officers, fresh dental graduates, and dentists to increase their knowledge about Aligners and everything related to them through lecture and hands-on experience.

How was my experience?
I attended the workshop because I wanted to learn about Aligners. It was very helpful as before this workshop I only knew about braces. Through lecture we were taught about case selection, Do’s and Don’ts of aligners, significance, and its mechanism. During hands-on, we were taught intra-oral scanning, EBT, attachments, and IPR techniques. After this experience, I am confident that I will be able to guide my patients about Aligners too Inshallah. Moreover, Dr .abbas.ismail.khan who gave us the lecture and assisted us during hands-on was very professional, experienced, and helpful. The environment he created led me to openly ask questions and any other queries I or anyone else had.

Lastly, I’m thankful to Dr. Adil and Dr. Umer for arranging such an informative workshop and guiding us so thoroughly! ✨

C-Endo Workshop!

What was it about?
The workshop was for dental students, house officers, fresh dental graduates and dentists to increase their knowledge about Root canal Treatment and everything related to it through lecture and hands on experience.

How was my experience?
I attended the workshop because I wanted to learn RCT, from the basics to everything related to RCTs. As a fresh graduate it was very helpful for me. Through lecture I revised all the basics of BDS i-e consultation , history taking, examination, correct way of doing everything and their importance along with RCT related things. During Hands on we did everything that was taught in the lecture practically on extracted tooth. After this experience, I am confident that I will be able to do RCTs correctly on patients too Inshallah. Moreover, all the Drs that gave lectures and assisted us during the hands on were very professional, experienced, and helpful. The environment they created led me to openly ask questions and any other queries I or anyone else had.

Prior to this workshop I was confused whether I should attend workshops and take seminars or not. Questions like, was it even worth the time, money and energy? Normal questions that anyone in my situation would ask since I had the misconception that we learn everything during our 4 years BDS. Yet having actually go through with it, I can easily say that I would highly recommend you all to attend these workshops not only in the early stages after graduation but whenever you get the opportunity. Reason for that? Learning never stops, especially as a doctor.

Lastly, I’m thankful to Dr Umer and Dr Adil for arranging such an informative workshop and guiding us so throughly!✨
