Another day, another case of Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy.

Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy is a treatment protocol which includes:

A. Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
B. Oral Hygiene Instructions (OHI)
C. Provision of knowledge regarding the tooth brushing techniques
D. Medications or Dietary Modification (if need be)

In this particular case, a thorough fill mouth disinfection was done with the help of SRP. This was followed by the application of a polishing paste.

OHI were explained in a simple and precise way so that the patient can understand easily.

Last but not the least, the right tooth brushing was taught to the patient.

Patient was happy and satisfied, Alhamdulillah!

It's been a while since I posted anything, so I thought, might as well put the picture of the "Doctors Lounge."
