Here’s the actual fact: once a cavity has formed, salt water won’t repair the hole. Early tooth decay can sometimes be managed without drilling, depending on its stage, but an established cavity always needs a filling.
REMEMBER: Google is a search engine, not your dentist! Research is great. Professional examination is better!
