A 20 years old pt came to our clinic with a history of trauma from bike.On clinical and radiographical examination there was no fracture line seen in the jaw but his front Right central and left lateral incisor was fracture and left central incisor are extruded (slightly).

Treatment plan:
1.under local anesthesia first we splint the teeth from right central, lateral and canine to left central, lateral and canine teeth for atleast 2 to 3 weeks.

2.Start Rootcanal of upper right and left central incisor and upper left lateral incisor.

3.Start giving an Antibiotics and Analgesic and advice patient to take soft and cold diet.

4.After completing Rootcanal remove splint and wait for 1 week for evaluation.

5.Then we do crown preparation and placed PFM crown.

6.This is the Final Result Alhamdolillah.

Recall patient after 6Month or a year for follow-up.
