The patient complained about pain on chewing for the last 2 weeks

#16 was endo treated with a full coverage crown
Parg revealed a radiolucency and short obturation, indicating towards poor disinfection

A file was also suspected in one of the MB canals

Re Endo was initiated, GP removed, file retrieved and thorough activation done

CWC obturation done on second visit
