✅ Pick it up carefully — hold the tooth by its crown (the white part), not the root.

✅ Rinse gently if dirty — use milk or saline. Do not scrub or scrape the root.

✅ Keep it moist — if you cannot put it back safely, keep the tooth in milk and seek immediate dental care.

✅ Visit a dentist immediately — every minute matters!

⚠️ Important: Never reinsert a baby tooth. If you are unsure whether it is a baby or permanent tooth, seek urgent dental help.
