Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and oversee administrative tasks.
Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Handle financial management, including billing, budgeting, and expense control.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and growth.
Liaise with doctors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and healthcare regulations is a plus.
