-Steps of the precedure:
•After proper diagnosis and confirmation you have three ways: Scalpels, Laser & burs
•i prefer BURS ceramic burs(soft tissue trimmers) or
conventional high speed burs i'v used conventional burs for this case
•just by scratching and removal of the epithelium and exposing connective tissue that will form the new clear epithelium
•after surgery put a PERIO PACK on the wound that will promote healing and relive pain if you don't have one just put a gauze with BETADINE for 2 hours
•by the 5th day of the procedure deacribe for the patient a mouth wash with CHX
•Complete healing after 14 : 20 days

Hi there!

Endo treatment for lower 7 with 2 canal .

Or***ce opener taper 6 separated at mesial canal .

Used new file manual 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 for bypass .

Used EDTA and irrigated with NaOCl and saline between each file .

Activation done manually.

After bypass done , I used E3 Azure rotary files .

sealing done single cone and bioceramic sealer .

sealer puff paint

All work done in 90 minutes single visit

G.I filling was placed coronary and Crown will performed next visit.

“Facial nerve paralysis after dental procedure”

Peripheral facial nerve palsy (FNP) is a common neuropathy of cranial nerves. However, it is a rare condition in dental treatment and may be associated with local anesthetic injections. Initial trauma to facial nerve cab is usually minor. In this instance, a complete and rapid recovery is expected and most cases resolve within 12 hours. If more extensive damage occurs, nerve palsy can be significant and long lasting. We report a 15-year-old female patient with FNP that developed within 8 hours after a dental procedure. The treatment was continued for 10 days with prednisone and acyclovir. At the end of the 4 th day, movement began to return to her face and the symptoms disappeared within 3 weeks period. In dental practice, it should be considered that iatrogenic factors may play a direct or indirect role in FNP, as presented in our case. Clarification of the etiology and treatment of FNP requires a multidisciplinary medical team. Therefore, dentists should be aware of clinical findings along with an essential treatment plan of FNP in dental office.
