A 25 years old patient named Mustafa came from B17 Islamabad to Dr. Mahnoor's climical OPD.

The chief complaint of the patient was that he could not chew anything for the last 1 week due to severe toothache.

The patient was suffering from severe continuous pain in the lower right jaw for the last 5 days. According to the patient, the pain used to start spontaneously and lasted for more than an hour. It used to aggravate by lying down while relieved by taking painkillers.

On intraotal examination, it was found that right lower first molar was grossly carious and tender to percussion.

Symptomatic irreversible pulpits with apical periodontitis was diagnosed.

Root canal treatment was planned.

The patient was medicated, and emergency pulpectomy was done.

Check points;

●Caries removed
●Access cavity formed
●4 canals found
●Pulpectomy done
●Canals properly irrigated and cleaned
●packed with intra canal medicaments

The patient left for home pain-free and relaxed.
