Steps and secrets to a good endodontic treatment ( very brief ) :
1) PreOp assessment of tooth ( Periapical xrays for angulation of tooth and root assessment)
2) Access Opening & Complete Deroofing
3) Straight line access / Glide path
4) Use of scouting K files (6 or 10) to find canals
5) Working length ( should be 0.5-1mm short of apex )
6) Canal Prep upto 20 K file & then move to Endomotor
7) Irrigation with Gold standard Sodium hypochlorite 5ml per min ( atleast 3 cycles )
8) Good apical and Coronal seal ( lesser the voids better the seal )
Rest is Restorative Dentistry.
