Clinical case: Mandibular Right Third Molar (48) 🦷
Female patient presented with severe pain, marked difficulty in mouth opening (trismus), and inadequate relief with analgesics. Clinical assessment indicated the need for extraction.
The right lower wisdom tooth (48) was successfully extracted in approximately 2 minutes, with careful and atraumatic technique.
Another difficult case managed efficiently and comfortably. 🦷✨
