👉Quackery prosthesis (self Cure Rpd)

Middle age F pt presented in prosthodontic department for replacement of mobile self cure acrylic Rpd with new prosthesis.

O/E gingiva was inflamed due to prolong use of self cure Rpd.

Rpd is removed and M/w and gel is advised for rapid healing. Followup after 2 weeks.

✅11yr old pt is presented with complaints of tongue irritation and interference in speaking.
On OE there was a supernumerary tooth (mesiodens).
Rest of history was insignificant.

✅Treatment planing:

✅Fluoride treatment is advised.

✅Painless Extraction of mesiodens is done under local anaesthesia and post opt care and medication is advised.

✅4.5 yrs old pt reported in paedodontic department with complaint of discoloured tooth.
On further OE multiple anterior teeth were carious including LRD, LRE. Teeth were asymptomatic, no previous pain history, TTP -ve.

Treatment is planned by considering pt co-operation and financial status.

✅Fluoride treatment is provided to protect the rest of teeth and to arrest caries.

✅LRE is restored with GIC.

✅Pulpotomy is done on LRD followed by a stainless steel crown cementation to provide a coronal seal.

✅Educate pt regarding diet and Hygiene and post opt care.
