This patient came to the clinic with:

1. High canines
2. Crowding
3. Narrow arches

What a wonderful milestone to celebrate! It is incredibly rewarding to see a child complete their orthodontic journey and achieve a beautiful, confident smile without the need for permanent tooth extractions.

We began his phase 1 treatment using an expander while baby teeth were still present took advantage of child's natural growth. After a year, we started with phase 2 fixed appliances (braces) to precisely aligned the permanent teeth into that newly created space.

Best Outcome: Because he started early, he avoided the need to pull healthy permanent teeth later on to fix crowding.

What a journey it has been for this kid!

Mohammad started phase 2 orthodontic treatment. Phase 1 included an expander for widening the narrow arch and myobrace to encourage nasal breathing. Phase 2 focused on widening and broadening his smile, properly align the teeth and bite correction. Now we are happy to see the progress of his case... 💛💛💛
