WISDOM TOOTH REMOVAL AFTERCARE: 10 TIPS 🦷✨
1️⃣ Bite on the gauze
Keep firm pressure on the gauze as instructed by your dentist to help control bleeding.
2️⃣ Rest, rest, rest 😴
Take it easy for the first day and avoid strenuous exercise.
3️⃣ Ice your cheek ❄️
Use a cold pack during the first 24 hours to help with swelling. Use short intervals rather than leaving it on continuously.
4️⃣ Choose soft foods 🍌
Try yogurt, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, or other soft foods that are comfortable to eat.
5️⃣ Stay hydrated 💧
Drink plenty of water, but avoid using a straw.

Avoid smoking and va**ng while your mouth is healing, as they can interfere with healing and increase the risk of complications.
