GOLDEN SMILES FOR THE GOLDEN HEARTS 💛✨
Before & After Complete Dentures

Left: No teeth, sunken lips, shy smile
Right: Confident, beautiful, and 10 years younger!

This is why we do what we do.

Our dear Nanay came to the clinic She couldn't eat properly, she was shy to smile.

Today, she left our clinic with a new set of teeth and a PRICELESS SMILE.

This is more than dentures. This is dignity. This is confidence. This is the power of giving back.

Thank you, Nanay, for trusting DeVera-Hernandez Dental Clinic.

Golden Smiles for the Golden Hearts

We are deeply honored to receive this Certificate of Appreciation from the National Commission of Senior Citizens - Region I (NCSC) during the Elderly Filipino Week Celebration 2026 held at CSI Stadia, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

Theme: “Nakatatandang Filipino: May Halaga at Karapatan, May Boses at Ambag sa Bayan”

Through the PDA-Pangasinan Chapter program “Golden Smiles for the Golden Hearts” in cooperation with NCSC Regional Office I, we had the privilege to provide free dentures to our beloved senior citizens.

The real award is Seeing Tatay smile confidently again with his new dentures. 🥹

SEVERE CROWDING + OPEN BITE | ORTHO UPDATE

Case NOT YET FINISHED but look at this progress!

BEFORE:
❌ Severe crowding - no space for canines
❌ Anterior open bite - front teeth don't touch
❌ Difficulty biting and aesthetics affected

CURRENT PROGRESS (with braces):
✅ Teeth are aligning and arch is developing
✅ Open bite is closing - we now have bite contact
✅ Canines moving into place

Open bite correction is one of the most challenging ortho cases — it needs time, correct mechanics, and patient cooperation with elastics.

We’re not done yet, but we’re getting there! Stay tuned for the final finish.
