Bakit nga ba nasisira kaagad ang pasta sa ngipin kahit weeks/months pa lang? 🧐

Yes, opo — 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 5–10 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 (𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚) 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙩. Pero minsan, it fails much earlier — and it’s not because “mali ang gawa ng dentista, o pangit ang materials.” Most of the time, it’s because of these common habits and conditions ni patient! 😳

🚫 Most common reasons:

1️⃣ Poking & Picking – Toothpicks, nails, or kung ano-anong pagtusok dahil lang naco-conscious ka can cause microcracks.

2️⃣ Biting Hard Stuff – Ice, hard candy, pen caps, or pagbubukas ng sachet gamit ngipin = stress fracture agad.

3️⃣ Poor Oral Hygiene – Plaque and bacteria can sneak under the filling, making it weak.

4️⃣ Teeth Grinding or Clenching – Puts extreme pressure that chips or loosens your pasta.
