“Oh what we could be if we stopped carrying the remains of who we were.” -Tyler Knott Gregson

This patient came to our clinic with a complaint of fractured lower tooth near the tongue. Upon inspection, we found out that it was not a broken tooth. It was just a dislodged calculus/tartar. Further cleaning/oral prophylaxis was done to remove all remaining calcified debris.
