🚨FYI: TOOTH ABFRACTION 🦷
This condition is characterized by the loss of tooth structure due to mechanical forces.

Ano ba ang mga factors bakit nagkakaroon ng tooth abfraction?
1. Night Grinding/Clenching/Bruxism
2. Aggressive tooth brushing
3. Malocclusion
4. Acidic foods and drinks
5. Chewing hard substances
6. Uneven biting forces

Paano maiiwasan ang pagkakaroon neto?
1. Improve oral hygiene, gumamit ng soft-bristled toothbrush and gently brush your teeth in a circular motion, gumamit ng floss at gumamit ng mouthwash.
2. Gumamit ng mouthguard kung merong clenching/grinding.
3. Orthodontic treatment(braces)/aligners para i-correct ang bite issues to reduce pressure on teeth.
4. Dietary and lifestyle adjustment(limitahan ang acidic foods/drinks intake).
5. Avoid chewing on hard objects
6. Most importantly REGULAR DENTAL CHECK UP
