Patient upgraded from acrylic to flexible denture. ✨️

Looks like his smile upgraded too.
More comfort. More natural. More confidence.

This is what years of tartar build-up looks like, brushing alone does not solve the problem. Only an ultrasonic scaler at the dental clinic can remove it.

Healthy gums don't just happen overnight, they're maintained ✨️🪥🦷

Happy Sunday dear patients!

Trivia: Did you know that Frequency rather than Volume is a big factor when it comes to your favorite sugary drinks and snacks?

For example: It's better to consume your 16oz milk tea or iced coffee in one go compared to sipping it all afternoon.

Why? The problem lies with acid attack. Every sip gives bacteria a chance to make acid that softens your teeth. When you drink it all at once with a meal, you give your saliva time to neutralize it and protect your teeth.

Tip: Enjoy your treats in one sitting with a meal, then rinse with water and wait 30 minutes before brushing.

Enjoy your treats wisely 💙🍫🍦🥤🧋

POV: Me at my 4th dental visit 😌

My mom is the dentist 👩‍⚕️
My dad is my chair 🥰
And I’m watching Moana 🌊

No ouchies. Just polishing 🪥
10/10 would recommend. 0 tears given 😂

Another brave pedia patient!👏💪🦷👧

She just had her 2 front wobbly teeth removed under local anesthesia, and she was all smiles — no tears shed. Yeyyy!

Thank you to all the parents who trust us with their kid’s oral health. ❤️

Dental visits don’t have to be scary 💛

The more you wait, the more the anxiety builds.

But here, you’re in control.

We don’t have to do anything on your appointment
if that’s what you decide.

Let’s just meet, talk, and take it one step at a time.

Hi patients! I'm officially back in clinic today. 🤗

We’re not back to full schedule just yet.
I’ll be opening 3-4 slots per day for now (by appointment only).

It’s a temporary setup while I ease back into postpartum life. 🤱

See you soon and thank you for all your support 💕

No rinsing after toothbrushing 📢

When I first learned this in dental school, I was like
"Hala, murag dili limpyo if dili mag limogmog!" 😅
Then I noticed in western movies too — they just brush, spit, and that’s it.

The science behind it: 🔍

Toothpaste has fluoride that protects and strengthens teeth.
If you rinse right away, you wash all that fluoride away.

By just spitting out the excess and leaving the thin fluoride film, you give your teeth longer protection against cavities.

So yes, it feels weird... but your teeth are actually getting more benefit 💪🦷
