No rinsing after toothbrushing 📢

When I first learned this in dental school, I was like
"Hala, murag dili limpyo if dili mag limogmog!" 😅
Then I noticed in western movies too — they just brush, spit, and that’s it.

The science behind it: 🔍

Toothpaste has fluoride that protects and strengthens teeth.
If you rinse right away, you wash all that fluoride away.

By just spitting out the excess and leaving the thin fluoride film, you give your teeth longer protection against cavities.

So yes, it feels weird... but your teeth are actually getting more benefit 💪🦷

These composite fillings served faithfully for over 10 years. 💪

Hi my dear patients! 🦷

Just a quick heads up — our clinic will be closed for a little while (again 🤭).

Baby came a little earlier than expected and he’s finally here!
I am officially in full-time newborn cuddle mode right now. 👩‍🍼

Don’t worry, we’ll be back in a few weeks! I’m just taking this time to soak in these tiny newborn days before I’m back to numbing you all 😆

Need dental care while I’m away?
We have an on-call dentist who can do extractions, cleaning. Slots are very limited though. Just message us if you want to book and we’ll connect you.

Thank you so much for your patience and support. I miss you all already and can’t wait to see your smiles again soon 🤗

Sorry as well to the patients whose appointments were cancelled this week. We’ll prioritize rescheduling you first when we’re back.
