❌ It’s been 3+ months = full of bacteria

How much toothpaste should we use?

Dili kailangan puno ang toothbrush 😁

👶 0-3 years old: smear or rice grain size
→ Use 1000 ppm fluoride toothpaste
(read the label, you can find sa watsons 🛍)

🧒 3-6 years old: Pea size
→ Use 1000-1450 ppm fluoride toothpaste

🧑 6 years old pataas + Adults: Pea size gihapon 😁
→ Use 1450 ppm fluoride toothpaste

❗️Remember: Ang fluoride ang ga-protect sa teeth, dili ang bula.
