This patient came to the clinic with a broken plastic (acrylic bridge) that was done a few years ago.

Upon clinical examination, all abutment teeth were still good with excellent bone support.

She was advised to have it replaced with a permanent one. The patient agreed, and chose porcelain-fused-to-metal to replace her old crown and bridge with a naturally lighter shade.

Direct composite veneers were also done to some teeth to mimic the shade of the lighter PFM crowns.

This is another case of Direct composite veneers. The patient only wanted to remove stains, change previous tooth filling, and slightly change the shape of two lateral incisors and two canines while maintaining the size of the 4 teeth.
