From Guam to Affinity Dental Clinics 🇬🇺🦷

The patient from Guam presented with advanced periodontitis, severe bone loss, multiple failing teeth, a history of smoking and betel nut chewing, and significant dental anxiety.

Necessary extractions were performed under conscious sedation, allowing treatment to be done safely and comfortably.

Following disease control, the patient was rehabilitated with:

• Upper ThermoSens denture
• Lower IVOCAP denture

The focus was not on perfection—but on comfort, function, and restoring confidence, using ethical and realistic treatment planning.

🎄 A Healthier Smile, Just in Time for Christmas 🎄

This case started with old, bulky composite veneers and noticeable shade mismatch, compounded by an underlying malocclusion.

To restore balance and a more natural look, Dr. Gumabay of Affinity Dental Clinics BGC Stopover designed and placed zirconia crowns from #13 to #23, correcting asymmetry and achieving a cleaner, more harmonious smile—without overdoing it.

✨ A new and better smile, ready for Christmas.
Because the best gift this season is better oral health and a confident smile.

🎄 Merry Christmas from Affinity Dental Clinics 🎄

✨ From Worn to Wonderful ✨

Every smile has a story—and this one tells of transformation through precision and artistry.

🦷 Clinical Findings:
• Chipped and worn incisal edges
• Spacing in the anterior region due to missing teeth ( #25, #16)
• Slight labial flaring with increased overbite

Through a carefully designed treatment plan, this patient’s smile was restored to harmony, function, and confidence.
