SO OKAY LANG BA KAHIT DI MAG PUSTISO?
Importante ang pustiso, di lang dahil sa appearance, kundi dahil nakakatulong din eto sa ating pangkain, pagsasalita, at supporta sa ating facial structure. Halimbawa kung nabunotan ka ng pangil, lulubog ang bandang pisngi malapit sa liong na pwede ika tanda ng itsura natin. Sobrang nakakatulong din ang pustiso mapigilan ang mga natitirang ngipin sa pag shift or pag galaw, possible din mag hiwalay hiwalay ang ngipin kung hindi mag pupustiso at magkaroon ng problem sa jaw/panga. kaya mas okay na after mag pabunot, hintayin muna gumaling ang parteng nabunutan bago bumalik at mag pasukat ng pustiso para sa mas maayos na sukat ng pustiso.

Ideally, every 6 months. Pero depende eto sa oral hygiene ng patients, possible na 1 or 3 months pa lang madumi na agad lalo na kung di na totoothbrush ng maayos. o kaya pag may pag durugo ng gilagid every time mag toothbrush. Maaari nang bumalik sa iyong dentista at mag pa cleaning.
