Our cheerful 4-year-old patient had to say goodbye to her 4 front teeth due to severe dental caries and infection. After safe extractions, we restored her smile with a Groper’s appliance (baby denture) 🦷💖.

You may notice some black marks on her canines — these are from the arrest cavity technique, a treatment that stops cavities from progressing and keeps her teeth strong.

Now she can smile, speak, and chew with confidence again!

This patient, an avid tea drinker, had stubborn stains but couldn’t tolerate the ultrasonic scaler due to sensitivity.
