About Us:
Calipusan Dental Clinic is a welcoming and patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care. Our team values collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient dental experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Manage scheduling and patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental assisting preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
