Case Submission Protocol
For the best possible outcome, please provide:
• Accurate impressions or intraoral scans with proper gingival retraction (retraction cord is highly recommended, just as with conventional impressions).
• A mock-up or provisional restoration to guide the desired size, shape, and overall design.
• Shade guide reference. We highly recommend sending your shade guide with the case. Using the same shade guide as our laboratory provides the most predictable color match.
• High-quality intraoral photographs for shade analysis and case evaluation.
