Here’s a non to little prep of indirect composite veneers.
Pero di parin nya mapapantayan ang quality ng Emax.
But with proper care and regular visit sa dentist this will last for a long time.

Medyo eyesore na yung flexite nya di bale see you next year!!!

Composite crown build up for our on going Root canal Treatment.

A root canal treatment is a dental procedure to remove inflamed or infected pulp on the inside of the tooth which is then carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed. Root canal treatment is designed to eliminate bacteria from the infected root canal, prevent reinfection of the tooth and save the natural tooth.

There are a lot of treatment plan for this case. But we always chose what the patient’s preference is.

Problems encountered:
Low Vertical Dimensional Occlusion
Ill fitting previous denture
Attrition on most of the teeth
Stained and discolored teeth
Asymmetrical face and occlusion
Overeruption of some teeth
Class V caries

Treatment done
Increase little of his occlusion with porcelain fused to non precious metal crown (shade was preferred by the patient)
And Lower removable denture
Oral prophylaxis
Tooth restoration

What was amazing with this case is that. I believe that there are no coincidence in life. Pinagtagpo talaga kami ni patient para maturuan ang bawat isa. Sakin to take courage and accept more of this type of cases. At sakanya to gain confidence and acknowledge that may mas igaganda at ikakaayos pa sa kanyang ngipin.

Mukhang madali pero mahirap

Ganyan ang “bunot” sa dental. Hindi mo alam ang situation hanggat hindi on going yung procedure. Hindi bara bara. Hindi bunot “lang” kaya mas lalo kung odontectomy ang usapan.

Vertical erupted third molar. ( hindi sya visible during oral examination) ang lalim pala nya at ang daming nakabalot na buto sa roots.

Pero Thank you Lord parin nairaos naman namin at nabunot. 🫶🏻

Case:
2 unit anterior Emax fused to zirconia crowns and 2 unit anteriors Emax veneers!

Two central incisors are root canal treated. At kitang kita na ang pangingitim ng tooth. Patient doesn’t want na may “metal show” sa banda ng gilagid. Kaya we suggested an emax zirconia crown plus i-veneers yung mga katabi para mas maganda tignan. 🙂
