This is a case of gingivitis on a fixed bridge patient. Showing here unhealthy, red, swollen & bleeding gums which is indicated for deep cleaning. However, extractions of root fragments also must be done before the replacement of the bridges and fabrication of flexible dentures on the edentolous area for proper function and esthetics.
