Some people have their wisdom teeth for their entire life. Other people may not have room for these teeth. Third molars, or wisdom teeth, are the last teeth to erupt, often between ages 17-21. But due to limited jaw space, they frequently become impacted, leading to:
- pain and headaches
- gum infection
- damage to the adjacent tooth
- orthodontic relapse
- cyst and other complex problem may arise
