🦷 Hindi lahat ng smile makeover ay veneers lang. ✨

For this case, we did a combination of minimal-prep veneers and dental crowns—because every tooth has different needs.

Napapansin namin na mas marami na ring patients ngayon ang gusto ng minimal tooth reduction at mas natural-looking tooth shade instead of an extra white smile. That's exactly what we aimed for in this case.

If mapapansin ninyo sa video, may isang tooth na mas malaki ang reduction compared sa iba. That's because that tooth had already undergone root canal treatment.

While the other healthy teeth were ideal for minimal-prep veneers, the root canal treated tooth needed a dental crown para mas maging strong, protected, at long-lasting ang restoration.

A dental crown helps:
✅ Protect and strengthen the tooth
✅ Cover discoloration after root canal treatment
✅ Restore a natural-looking appearance
✅ Improve biting and chewing function
✅ Provide long-term support and durability

Every smile is unique, kaya hindi pare-pareho ang treatment ng bawat ngipin. Ang goal namin is not just a beautiful smile, but one that's healthy, functional, and made to last. 🤍

🦷 "Hindi lang po 'esthetic' issue ang excessive gum tissue." ✨

Kapag masyadong natatakpan ng gums ang ngipin, maaaring magmukhang maliit, uneven, o hindi proportionate ang smile—even if the teeth are healthy.

Some common concerns associated with excess gum tissue:

❌ Teeth appear short or "hidden"
❌ Uneven gumline
❌ Excessive gum display when smiling ("gummy smile")
❌ Less balanced smile appearance
❌ Reduced confidence when smiling

The good news? Immediate Gum Recontouring can help reshape the gumline and reveal more of your natural tooth structure—creating a more balanced and harmonious smile. 💙

Here's one of our actual Immediate Gum Recontouring cases at SSDC Dental Clinic—showing how a simple gum reshaping procedure can significantly improve smile proportions and overall appearance. ✨

“Hindi po normal na nagsisiksikan ang teeth.” 🦷

Severe crowding happens when there isn’t enough space in the mouth for the teeth to align properly — causing overlapping, twisting, and difficult-to-clean areas.

Aside from appearance, severe crowding can also lead to:
✅ Difficulty cleaning teeth properly
✅ Higher risk of cavities and gum problems
✅ Bite and chewing issues
✅ Tooth wear due to pressure and misalignment
✅ Lower confidence when smiling

The good news? Braces treatment can help create proper spacing and gradually guide the teeth into better alignment over time. 💙

Here’s one of our actual severe crowding braces cases at SSDC Dental Clinic — showing how orthodontic treatment can improve both smile aesthetics and overall dental function. ✨

Every case is unique, which is why a proper consultation and treatment plan are important before starting braces treatment.

“Hindi lang po ‘esthetic’ issue ang underbite.” 🦷

Kapag may underbite, the lower teeth sit in front of the upper teeth — which can affect not just your smile, but also your daily comfort and confidence.

Some common problems caused by underbite:
✅ Difficulty chewing properly
✅ Jaw pain or strain
✅ Speech difficulties
✅ Faster tooth wear and damage
✅ Self-consciousness when smiling

The good news? Braces can help gradually correct the bite alignment and improve both function and appearance over time. 💙

Here’s one of our actual underbite brace cases at SSDC Dental Clinic — from crowded and misaligned teeth to a more balanced and improved bite alignment. ✨

Every smile is different, which is why proper assessment and personalized treatment planning are important before starting braces treatment.
