In orthodontics one of the most important factor is proper timing, assessment and proper ex*****on of treatment plan. This case is one of the most difficult cases i have encounter, an upside down impacted central incisor, with controlled minimum force and lots of prayer i was able to direct the tooth on its proper position. Now we are on finishing stage and the tooth is stable vital and fully erupted.

Impacted canine removal is indicated if the tooth is not in proper location or the position is not possible for tooth eruption. Proper analysis and thorough treatment plan is need to remove unerupted canine because of its closeness to sinus and other structure.
