1. Set an appointment or schedule

Walk ins are not allowed except for emergency cases. Clinic works by schedule. We can only accomodate 4 patients a day to disinfect before and after each patient.

2. DENTAL VISIT FIRST
Kung may ibang lakad, unahin muna ang pagpunta sa dental clinic para maiwasan ang pagkakontamina lalo na kung pupunta sa palengke o mataong lugar.

3. Sagutin ang mga screening questions ng buong katapatan.
Bago ang takdang araw ng inyong schedule bibigyan po kayo ng screening questionnaires na kailangan ninyong sagutin to asess whether you need immediate attention or if your treatment can be deferred after a reasonable period. Limitado lamang ang pasyenteng tatanggapin sa maghapon upang magkaroon ng sapat na oras sa mabusising disinfection at sterilization. Ang matapat na kasagutan ibig sabihin ay merong konsiderasyon sa kapakanan ng iba.

4. Dapat nasa mabuting kalusugan kayo sa araw ng inyong schedule. Kung meron sakit tulad ng ubo, lagnat at sipon hindi na po kayo kailangan pumunta sa klinika.

5. Pakiusap dumating po sa tamang oras. Don't be late or come too early. By doing so, it may cause delay or crowding of patients in the receiving area. Companions are not allowed inside the clinic to observe social distancing unless the patient is a child.

6. NO MASK NO ENTRY is being implemented. Magdisinfect muna bago pumasok sa clinic. Thermal scanning and pre appointment questioning will be done. Kung ang pasyente ay mataas sa 37.3°ang temperatura hindi maaaring pumasok ng klinika para ma-protektahan ang bawat isa sa amin.
