We are expanding to serve you better.
We are still open & accommodating patients on a strictly by appointment basis.

Here's our regular weekly schedule:
MONDAY-SATURDAY 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM,
SUNDAY: CLOSED
*Our clinic's schedule may change depending on the situation such as weather disturbance, quarantine classifications, holidays or when we have to attend to some prior commitments. But rest assured that those who have a scheduled appointment will be notified if there will be some changes.

The clinic is open during working hours and we are still committed in providing dental services. We are accommodating patients who are vaccinated and those who are not yet vaccinated. That's why we need to know your current health conditions prior to your visit in our office. Please understand that your cooperation is essential for us to provide safe and efficient dental service even in this time of pandemic. Appointments are scheduled in compliance with physical distancing. Book in advance if you have a preferred date. All precautions are being done for everyone's safety.

READ FIRST BEFORE VISITING OUR CLINIC

1.Only scheduled patients who arrived on time will be accommodated. Book your appointment early and send us your full and complete details @ The DENTAL OFFICE of Dr. Jeptopher U. Sutare We may require you to send photos for online consultation first.
Wait for our further instructions and confirmation while we are doing online screening and triaging.

Once an appointment is made, please respect the time that has been reserved for you. As we practice fairness in giving appointments and to provide a safe and efficient dental service. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation.

2.If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be allowed to come in and seat at the waiting area. But please keep your hands to yourself, don’t touch anything as much as possible and don’t litter. We will call you when it’s your turn.

3.For walk-in patients please knock (twice only) and do not enter right away. Social distancing is being implemented, we are trying to minimize physical contacts. Try not to interfere when the treatment is on-going. If you have questions please wait outside, we will assist you as soon as we are available.

4.Only the patient is allowed to enter the clinic. No companions will be allowed inside the treatment area. However, pediatric patients, minors, PWD’s & senior citizens may be allowed to have one companion at the waiting area.

5.Be honest and inform us rightaway if you are not feeling well. You need to answer and sign the COVID 19 questionnaire.

6.Safety materials and continuous disinfection of the clinic will be strictly implemented because your safety is our prime concern. In line with this, there will be additional fee for the infection control (disinfection, PPE’s, etc.)

7.Our clinic’s schedule may change depending on the situation but rest assured that those who have a scheduled appointment will be notified if there will be some changes.

8.We are asking for your cooperation, we are doing our best to provide service in this time of pandemic.
