Comprehensive Smile Rehabilitation Case ✨
This case involved a combination of Root Canal Treatment (RCT), Pulp Therapy, and a 13-unit Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (Tilite) Fixed Bridge to restore both function and esthetics.
Our patient presented with a challenging condition, including a prominent anterior crossbite and a mild posterior crossbite. Upon assessment, we identified a severely damaged anterior tooth, which required immediate root canal treatment to eliminate infection and preserve the tooth structure.
For the posterior teeth, we performed pulp therapy to maintain vitality and prevent further complications.
After stabilizing the teeth, we proceeded with a 13-unit fixed bridge, carefully designed to improve:

✔️ Function (chewing and speaking)
✔️ Overall smile aesthetics
