Patient with attrition, abrasion and diastema (space in between teeth). With careful evaluation of teeth size, shape and color, diastema closure was done. This is an 80yr old px who lost her upper front bridge. The reconstruction was done using Infibra (polyethylene fiber reinforcement tape) to connect the false teeth and attached it to the remaining teeth so as not to prepare the natural teeth for another bridge.
