Saving the tooth for Christmas Day
A patient came to the clinic with a detached endo-post and a porcelain crown. Clinical situation showed a gums that covered part of the broken tooth.
The following procedure was not an ideal treatment but an emergency option just to have a tooth over the holiday season.
At the end of the day (single visit procedure) patient was satisfied and happy with the outcome of the case.

De Jesus Dental Clinic and Ordent Trading Corporation Grant a Christmas Wish.

A shy 11-year-old female student had a wish to have her smile fixed. Proper documentation and treatment planning were conducted, and parental consent was obtained.

Ordent Trading provided the necessary materials, including the MICERIUM ENA flow and syringe (Italy) composites, Diamond bur set by D+Z (Germany), Posterior direct and indirect prep, finishing, and polishing set by Micerium ENA SHINY, and the EVE (Germany) Diacomp plus twist and Diacomp Occluflex polishing system.

As the clinician, I was able to make this simple wish come true with the help of these great materials.

Failed old fillings on the molars often have big decays on the gum areas. Xray would show the extent of the damage. It’s always a challenge how to keep and maintain good marginal seal on hidden surfaces. Careful planning and Deep Margin Elevation will ensure that you can keep your proximal surfaces well taken care of. Large missing tooth surfaces can be protected by Ribbond fibers and Indirect Ceramic Hybrid Restoration is my material of choice on the first molar.
