Always begin with the end in mind

Less than 3 weeks of planning to final restorations. The 2D DSD(Digital Smile Design) presentation to Analog waxup to initial mockup.
Phase 2 is the Bleaching procedure,
Phase 3 is the prep and provisional restoration from the approved mockup tests.
Phase 4 is the digital Exocad design to milling the Li-Si LT BLOCKS.
Phase 5 is the moment of truth where planning will give you the same desired design from start to finish.
Sorry and error was not an option, the patient had a confirmed ticket back to Canada.
And by grace and guidance, patient was very happy with the smile make over.

Ps. Just because dentists can’t afford the modern equipments and softwares, it doesn’t mean that you can make it work.

Saving the tooth for Christmas Day
A patient came to the clinic with a detached endo-post and a porcelain crown. Clinical situation showed a gums that covered part of the broken tooth.
The following procedure was not an ideal treatment but an emergency option just to have a tooth over the holiday season.
At the end of the day (single visit procedure) patient was satisfied and happy with the outcome of the case.
