Most patients come to us after years of being told to 'watch it.' Nobody asked what was causing it.

Gum recession is a symptom. The cause is usually gum disease, bite force, or brushing habits — often a combination.

"Why do my fillings keep falling off?"

He came in for a cleaning — not a consult.

But every visit, we flagged the same things. Notching at the gum line. Wear patterns.

His front teeth had been fixed before by a previous dentist. They kept falling off. So he stopped bothering.

We kept explaining why they didn't hold. The chips weren't the problem — they were a symptom. Contributing factors in his bite were working against every restoration placed on top of them.

No one had addressed that before.

One day, he agreed to let us try — our way. We designed a staged plan. Contributing factors first. Then direct veneers on his front teeth — conservatively.

Five years later, they're still there.

Same teeth. Different approach. That's the difference.
