🦷 HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 117th PDA ANNUAL CONVENTION & SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
1️⃣ Open your web browser and go to 117.pda.com.ph — the official website of the 117th PDA Annual Convention.
2️⃣ Click REGISTER, choose your CATEGORY, and click SUBMIT.
3️⃣ Enter your PRC number (don’t include the leading “00”), then click VALIDATE.
4️⃣ Your details will automatically appear.
✏️ REVIEW and UPDATE your information if needed, then click SUBMIT.
5️⃣ Proceed to LOG IN. Your Username is your PRC No. without "00" and your password is the one you entered during registration. A copy of your username and password has also been sent to your email.
6️⃣ Continue with the registration process
-your CONVENTION FEE will appear automatically. If you'd like to join OTHER SESSIONS, simply click ADD TO CART to include them.
7️⃣ For payment, click on DRAGON PAY. Select your payment option. Instructions and REFERENCE NUMBER will be sent to your email. Click the link and follow the instructions.
8️⃣ Proceed to your preferred payment option—either the GCash app or Bank Transfer—then copy your REFERENCE NUMBER and complete your payment.
9️⃣ Once payment is successful, you’ll receive:
✅ A Payment Confirmation Email
✅ Your Payment Receipt (PR)
✅ Your Digital ID (valid only on May 11-12)
PRINTED IDs of EARLY BIRD Registrants (registrants until January 20, 2025) have already been distributed to your respective CHAPTER PRESIDENTS-ELECT (Batch Hiraya). Please coordinate with your Chapter President-Elect regarding the release of your ID.
Pre- PRINTED IDs of PRE-REGISTERED delegates will be distributed during convention.
**Please prepare your PRC ID, PDA Membership AY2025, Chapter Membership Receipt AY2025-2026, AY2026-2027 when claiming your printed ID.***
