Ever wondered why your teeth look yellow or brown-ish?
Are you also an avid coffee drinker? Sorry to break it to ya’ll but that’s the culprit 😬
Our teeth are porous structures, meaning they absorb the intense pigments in coffee known as tannins. However, soda drinks also cause this due to their acidity. Acid weakens the structural integrity of our teeth, making it easier for stains to sink in.
How do we avoid this? Use a straw and always drink non-water beverages in moderation. And of course, proper oral hygiene 😊
