Dental care for your baby teeth can start before your baby's first tooth appears. There is variation in the timing of teething. A four month old and up baby may experience an occasional mild irritability, crying, excessive drooling and a desire to chew on something hard. There is no need to give oral gels since the effect doesnt last long.
