Cc: “for 1 denture lang po” (all teeth was still there, only lateral incisor is badly broken)

Upon consultation, clinically looks like fragile root fragment & needs to be extracted before putting on a denture. But upon thorough assessment radiographically & during excavation, tooth structure & bone support is still good 🦷✨

Tooth can still be saved through Root canal, fiber post, build up crown & Jacket crown for final restoration.

Tx plan: Did minimal incision on 1/4 to half of the gingiva exposing crowns.
