Endless laughter when family visits the clinic, as Dr. Dax and Dr. Shey’s Ninang Sally and cousin Jessica stop by for some routine work. As an added bonus, Dr. Dax is reunited with his last patient in dental school, in Jessica, and hers being the last ever filling Dr. Dax made in his stay there, some thirty-two years ago. We don’t make them anymore, but amalgam fillings are arguably still the best in terms of durability and longevity. Which goes to show that even though you can’t choose your family, you can definitely choose what fillings you can make for them! 😂

Lunch meeting with my Sensei, Dr. Sixto Carlos after his routine dental checkup. Sometimes I’m not sure of he visits our clinic for the service, or for the delicious pizzas upstairs at Steveston Pizza.

Finally a vist from Kristiana, the youngest of our beloved Reyes sisters! Next goal is to get all three of you to visit the clinic together. That would be one crazy day for sure! 😂

The Reyes sisters have been coming to the clinic since they were still in elementary school. Now they have grown to become fine young women, making their very distinct marks in the world. Missing their baby sister though, whom we hope to see on their next visit!

Craig has been coming to our office since he was four years old. Now he’s taller than all of us, and is flying off to the US to attend university. Watching our young patients grow to adults, and even having children of their own is one of the many perks of this job. Good luck on your newest adventure, Craig! We will be praying for you!
