During this time, where people are encouraged to stay home, let's not make it an excuse to skip our oral care routine!

As we celebrate National Oral Hygiene Month, let's continue to practice proper oral hygiene with these simple ways to keep your mouth clean and healthy:

☑️ 𝗕𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗛 (2 minutes - 2X a day) - Two in-depth brushing sessions will reduce plaque and decrease your risk of cavities and gingivitis.
☑️ 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗦 - Daily flossing will remove plaque and food beneath the gums and between teeth (where tooth decay and gum disease often start).
☑️ 𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘 - Swishing mouthwash for a full 30 seconds will keep your gums healthy and kill plaque that brushing and flossing leave behind.
☑️ 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗪 - A piece of sugar-free gum after meals will help produce saliva, which battles cavities, neutralizes plaque, and strengthens enamel.
☑️ 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗧 - You should have a regular dental check-up at least every 6 months or as recommended by your dental professional.

Rest assured that our dental professionals meet high infection control standard set by the Philippine Dental Association by using one set of disposable materials per patient which includes face mask, surgical gowns, gloves, saliva ejectors, paper cups and paper towel or bib.

As well as vigorous hand hygiene, use of autoclaves for sterilizing instruments and disinfecting of clinic surfaces to ensure patients are treated in a safer environment.
