I was so touched when my 6-year-old patient handed me this beautiful yellow gumamela flower. She said she wanted to give it to me. 🥹

It's such a rare and sweet gesture to be remembered and gifted by my little patients. Thank you so much, dear, for your thoughtfulness and for being so well-behaved during our procedure. We completed PRR on all four first molars, and for a 6-year-old to sit through that so patiently is truly impressive!💯👏

Kudos to her parents for raising such a kind, respectful, and wonderful young lady. Moments like these make all the hard work worthwhile. 💕

Meticulous, time-consuming, and technique-sensitive, but seeing the restoration function and blend seamlessly with the natural tooth makes all the effort worthwhile.💯

All the way from Cainta!☺️

This patient found my clinic online, sent an inquiry, and traveled all the way here. We started her periodontal therapy in February 2025.

I still remember her wiping away tears during our first consultation as she told me, "Doc, ayaw ko talaga pabunot. Save po sana, pero limited po budget ko."
I told her I would do my best, but there were no guarantees since several of her teeth were already mobile. After discussing her treatment options, I created a treatment plan and gave her the most reasonable fees I could offer. I believe that as a dentist, our duty is not only to treat but also to help whenever we can.

Periodontal therapy can work wonders. Over time, her condition improved significantly. The once-wobbly teeth became stable, with only slight mobility remaining in some areas.

Today, we completed her direct composite bonding. No veneering preparation was done. Through Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry and additive dentistry, we were able to provide the most conservative esthetic treatment possible for her case while preserving her natural tooth structure.

The moment she saw her smile, her face lit up. She was so grateful and happy when she left the clinic. Seeing her smile with confidence again made all the long hours, careful planning, and back-breaking work worth it.

Cases like this remind me why I love what I do. There is no greater fulfillment than helping someone regain not only their teeth, but also their confidence.
We'll see her again soon for her gum pads.

Unfinished case with still a lot of trimming, reshaping, and polishing to be done. Definitely a back-breaking Sunday, but all worth it.😍

Using a direct freehand layering technique with a Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry approach, no veneering preparation was done. Only two teeth were restored, while most of the case was completed through additive dentistry, preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.

Our patient was so happy with the progress that she generously gave extra pay in appreciation of our team's effort. 🤗

We're all excited to see the final outcome and can't wait to share the completed smile transformation.☺️

All the way from Cainta, and I just can’t say no to a patient determined to save her teeth. Started her oral rehab case last year definitely one of the most difficult and mind-boggling cases I’ve handled, requiring thorough assessment of occlusion, perio, esthetics, prostho, and so much more.
About to start… good luck to me and my long nails.😅
I truly love cases like this. Yes, they take a lot of time, effort, and studying, but it’s deeply fulfilling to be trusted by someone willing to travel far just to see me. This is what I love most, preserving teeth in the most conservative way possible.💯

Patient came in for a second opinion after being advised to simply observe the tooth and consider retainers if mobility persists.

Chief complaint:
“Umuuga po ipin ko. Wala po talagang sumasakit, nito lang medyo.”
Clinical examination included probing and vitality testing. PA and bitewing radiographs were also requested for further evaluation.
Periodontitis? Endodontic lesion? Combined perio-endo lesion?

This is why proper diagnosis is always crucial before starting any treatment.

A comprehensive dental examination takes time because every detail matters. We don’t rush cases, and we always make sure our patients fully understand their condition, treatment options, and the procedures involved.
