Friendly Reminder: Huwag basta basta bibili ng DIY scaler at mangangahas gumamit nito especially those dental scaling machines. Ang oral prophylaxis ay tanging mga dentista at dental hygienist lamang ang gumagawa. Hindi sapat ang kaalaman sa mga youtube at online sites para gamitin ito. Visit your dentist and have your regular dental cleaning every 6 months and, brush and floss your teeth regularly to preserve and take good care of your teeth.
