Orthodontic treatment of Class II Div 1 malocclusion. Clinical observations: Protruded/Flared butterfly incisors, severe crowding, deep bite, and crossbite.

Treatment plan includes extraction of palatally locked premolar and buccally displaced premolar. T-loop mechanics for incisor retraction to reduce severe overjet from 7mm to 2mm. MEAW (multiloop edgewise archwire) on lower arch to correct/flatten curve of spee and improve intercuspation.

Finished with normal overjet and normal overbite ✨🦷
