This is an adult ongoing case with a severe negative overjet and underbite. Initial facial profile showed a steep ‘dish’ face.
Case was managed with an upper palatal expander to expand the upper arch and lower extractions were made to retract the lower teeth. This is to compensate the bite discrepancy.

🦷 This young patient is being treated with:

✅ Palatal 3-Way Expander – to widen the upper jaw and create room in multiple dimensions as the child grows.
✅ Mandibular 2-Way Expander – to gently develop the lower arch and improve alignment.
