Our patient presented with several teeth requiring extraction. However, due to elevated blood pressure and a limited treatment window before returning abroad, immediate extractions were not the most suitable option at this time.
To restore function, comfort, and aesthetics while accommodating the patient’s medical condition and schedule, an overdenture was provided as a practical treatment solution.
Prior to treatment, all remaining teeth were thoroughly evaluated through clinical examination and radiographic assessment. The treatment plan was formulated based on the patient’s oral condition, medical considerations, and individual treatment goals.
