She firmly fostered a vision of providing professional and highly proficient dental services at an affordable cost. Dr. Baliao then started her practice in a humble
20-square meter clinic, providing affordable dental services without compromising quality. It was the clinics' motto to offer unparalleled service to every person who enters its doors. At present, Baliao Dental Clinic has 10 branches located at Pasay City, Makati City, Parañaque City, Las Piñas City and Baguio City. Known to everyone in their province, many of the constituents flung to her rescue for alms to express the immediate means towards hunger and thirst from day one onwards. Dr. Jovita Linggon - Baliao is highly regarded for her commitment to public service; her reputation as a Dentist is also outstanding. Amused by the frequent visit of "Sampaguita Boys" peeping at the doorstep of the clinic begging for alms, Dr. Baliao conceived of an organization Dok Jovy & Friends Organization Inc. in response to her corporate social responsibility. We deemed to serve 201 barangays here in Pasay City from ages 12 to 69 years old.
