🦷Patient Complaint:
Patient reported pain on the left jaw joint whenever opening her mouth.

🔍 Assessment:
Upon examination, we found bite interferences (imbalance) that were causing discomfort and strain on the jaw.

✅ Treatment Done:
Adjustment was performed to remove the interferences, and the patient experienced immediate relief after the procedure.

📸 Further Findings:
Through X-ray evaluation, we also discovered an upper left impacted wisdom tooth, which may be contributing additional pressure near the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

🗓️Next Step:
Patient is scheduled for odontectomy (surgical removal of the impacted wisdom tooth) to address the underlying cause and prevent future discomfort.
