Patient came complaining of pain on a tooth. Upon inspection tooth had an abscess on tooth # 36.
Root canal therapy was done to save the tooth. Tooth had 4 canals, case was finished in 45 minutes from access to obturation in one single visit.

A feel-good case:
Patient was referred to the clinic for a root canal for two of his upper molars. upon inspection a periodontal pocket resulted from an area where food was getting trapped which caused the cavity and involve the nerve.
After the root canal was done we advised the patient that he needed crowns, for a simple restoration would not be enough.
We treated the periodontal pocket, scaled and planed the roots.
We waited for gums to heal and placed temporary crowns,
after a month the final crowns was delivered.
This a situation where a simple root canal and crown would not have been enough, solving the periodontal issue was a necessity to have a better prognosis.

Patient had a failed root canal on tooth # 36. we decided a dental implant would be the best way to replace the gap, unlike a bridge, a dental implant doesn't need to grind adjacent teeth.
Its invasive yet conservative.
